Love Art Sushi deconstructs classic sushi rolls, serving sauce-drizzled bowls of fish and vegetables un-bound by seaweed and rice. Instead, customers can build bowls to their taste, starting with beds of rice or salad greens. From there, they can add scoops of cucumber and quick-pickled veggies, plus proteins spanning from raw ahi tuna to grilled chicken. Bowls are then topped off with splashes of sauce, such as spicy mayo, and garnishes such as scallions or crispy noodles.
