Super Sushi, Las Vegas

Head chef of Super Sushi, Paul-san, has had quite the traveled life. After growing up in the southern part of China, he traveled to Italy where he learned the ins and outs of restaurant management while working for a small, family-owned restaurant. After honing his Japanese-cooking skills while working as a Head Sushi Chef in Tokyo, Paul-san moved to Las Vegas where he serves guests specialty sushi rolls including his signature "Super Roll," which nestles four kinds of fish and crab meat inside a wrap of cucumber. Other signature dishes include simmering bowls of chashu ramen and gyoza dumplings.
