They are located at 316 Courtland Ave Stamford, Ct in a 10,000 square foot private training facility including showers, towel service, and bottled water. Their training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between. Their program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Kettlebells, Gymnastics, Strongman and Interval Training.
