We will begin with a variety of herbal teas to choose from, get comfortable, then start a sound bath using crystal healing singing bowls, and elemental chimes. A sound bath is a meditative practice that can be easier than other meditating practices because it doesn't require a lot of discipline or patience to learn how to do it- all you have to do is listen. This integrative healing technique uses vibrational instruments to induce relaxation. These sound frequencies then induce a deeply restorative state in the brain, activating the bodies self healing system. By practicing sound baths regularly it changes the brains physical structure. "the practice rewires the brain" boosting mind,body,and spirit connection. You see, Every cell, organ, and system in the human body has an optimum, healthy frequency or harmonious rate of vibration, also known as resonance. This occurs when some part or parts are not vibrating harmoniously with itself or other parts as a whole, known as dissonance. Quartz crystal bowls are tuned to specific vibrational frequencies. The vibrational sounds produced as crystal bowls are played facilitate healing by working to resolve any dissonance in the body and creating harmonious resonance.
