What service does your business offer and what makes you business stay out form the conception?

I offer 1 on 1 personal training, couples training, and online coaching. I strive to always keep educating myself in my field therefore, my clients have the best resources to achieve their goals. I also work on helping clients change their habits because that is what will decide their future goals

How do you keep your clients motivated and engaged?

I am able to keep my clients motivated and engaged with making them comfortable in the gym and also setting weekly, monthly, and yearly goals to achieve. Furthermore, challenging them in ways that makes the exercise fun and achieving.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

When I learned that as humans we put limits on ourselves. IN the gym, I learned we can push pass that and become better than we were yesterday of we take small steps to be better each day. I want to help my clients become healthier individuals for themselves and for the people they love around them

What do you love most about your Job?

I love the challenge of guiding my clients into a new version of themselves. A stronger, confident, and more fit version of themselves so they can express their best self to other people
