In the Fine Print section of the Groupon for this merchant, a $30.00 deposit is required for booking. Upon booking with the merchant via their booking app (Vagaro), I paid the $30.00 to book my appointment for the full set of classic lashes. The $30.00 is related to their cancellation policy, and is to cover the merchant in the case of any cancellations, client being late, etc.. I proceeded to pay the $30.00 so that I can book the appointment. I showed up early to the appointment and the service was provided by the merchant. However, at the end of the service, I inquired about receiving a refund for the "deposit" as there weren't any issues with me being late or cancelling. The lash technician, Brittny, advised that the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the next service if I choose to book another service. This was nowhere mentioned in the fine print section of the voucher, nor was it on any signage in the room. I asked Brittny, where can I find this policy in her website. After digging further into the booking process, it was under a section labeled "Cancellation Policy" in the Vagaro booking app. Please note, this policy was not on the merchants website anywhere. However, the fact that I was not late, nor did I cancel, this "cancellation policy" should not apply to me. To say the least, this is definitely misleading. The merchant is charging a "booking fee" for all bookings. As where a "deposit" is refundable. I cannot provide an accurate view on the results, as I've only had the lashes in for 1 day. I paid for a full set of classic lashes, and that is what I received. As for the service, we started on time. I won't elaborate further.

Brittany did an amazing job. The lashes are clean, neat, done with artistry and skill. Her lashes also hold up well. I went to Costa Rica, and they stayed strong even through waterfalls and rain. Her work space is kept tidy and decorated well. I would recommend her. Laura
