Perfect for athletes looking to maximize their performance or anyone suffering from pain and inflammation, cryotherapy uses subzero temperatures to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and increase mobility. During each session, up to four guests spend up to 3 minutes and 30 seconds in their state-of-the-art cryo chamber. Though the skin's surface temperature can drop by more than 30 degrees, the treatment's short duration keeps guests' core temperatures at normal levels. Upon exiting the chamber, guests warm up and stimulate blood flow with 5 minutes of mild to moderate cardio. US Cryotherapy recommends that guests wear dry athletic shorts and athletic tops. They provide all other necessary equipment. New guests must complete a brief questionnaire and waiver.
