This place was terrible. I wanted highlights on the bottom half of my hair and only left with 8. When I called, they wanted to charge me for the product which would've been $20 on top of what I already paid. I basically got a $50 condition and a bad blow dry.

Every thing the student does has to be checked by an instructor so it takes longer for the services, but they strive to give you what you want. I really liked Carsten's when they carried and used Aveda products, and not thrilled with what they use now which I think is L'Oreal, but you can't bet the price, especially with a Groupon.
