Movez Dance & Fitness Studio, Timonium

Jumping jacks, high knees, squats—Movez Dance & Fitness Studio's Movez classes aren't interested in any of those. Instead, instructors get hearts pumping with nothing but dance steps. They go over ensuring that participants can follow along without too much confusion.

The studio's other dance-based classes follow a similar routine, but teach Caribbean dances set to soca and dancehall music or African dances set to drum beats. Movez has some non-dance fitness classes, too, including BarreBody and Stretch & Flow.
