Sometimes it's all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?
Our delivery people go the extra mile: they will walk the meals in and place them in the refrigerator, and they will open containers for customers who have trouble opening them.

What aspect of your job, or the services you offer, most often surprises people?
We provide our customers with meals they want to eat, not meals we want them to eat. So we offer ample flexibility and substitutions to ensure it.
