What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Unagi Sushi offers a relaxing sushi lounge and serve perfectly crafted sushi and sashimi. Our executive chef's commitment to connect with our customers differentiates us from our competitors. We designed our sushi bar with the concept in mind that the chef and the customers should not have barriers in between them.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Our executive chef and technology partners combined best of the both worlds to come together and provide a unique sushi experience. We looked at famous Jiro's sushi bar concept and wanted to extend that to the capital region.

What do you love most about your job?

We love watching customers delighted with our food and the experience.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

One of our customers posted a comment on Yelp - "Adorable sushi" bar. You almost feel like home with cozy sitting areas and friendly environment.ns.
