Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Not only do we keep routines ever changing and fresh, we train everyone as if they are preparing to compete. You will not only see improvement in your fitness level but with your boxing skills as well!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I began coaching boxing over 6 years ago and during that time, not only has my team reached a level that requires more time, but I began taking on more and more clients that were interested in fitness, weight loss or just a fun way to get in shape. So I decided to make it a full time endeavor.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the confidence that boxing instills in people. Once you start you will never be the same.
