Mary Grace and Tina Pizarro love yogi beginners. The two sisters moved from the Philippines moved to New Jersey as teenagers and subsequently dedicated their lives to their practice, Juniper Yoga Fitness. Mary Grace studied health and fitness in college before becoming a personal trainer and later Juniper Yoga Fitness' founder. Meanwhile, Tina took a corporate route, but in 2016 she changed her career path and joined her sister at the studio. Mary Grace is an expert massage therapist and the two sisters, along with their staff, cover a variety of yoga and fitness classes, which strive to focus on participants' intentions for healthy living.

Classes at the studio vary in levels, degrees, and durations. The Bikram yoga class ranges from 75-90 minutes and focuses on 26 yoga postures to work muscles in a heated room. Mat pilates is held in an 80-degree room for 60 minutes with an instructor who uses props to work on spinal alignment and core power. Cardio and barre classes are also offered weekly alongside the yoga classes and massage treatments.
