I bought a coupon for 3 hours of boating in the summer of 2018. However, before I could even book it, it showed as redeemed. I called multiple times but they direct me back to groupon. And groupon has done nothing about it. I had a month left before expiry but they didn’t honour it and took my money-$300 of it. I have not been contacted or received a single penny of my money back. Consumer frauds.

Boat ride was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Gas prices were a shock to the system when we landed back but I suppose that is where they make their money? Was nearly 100 bucks for just over half a tank. Spectacular views along the coast.
