Usually a facial session is one hour and I was stunned to have only 30 minutes including a five minute tour of your facilities. The facial itself was also subpar. All that was done was the wiping away of my makeup with a cleanser, application of a pumpkin mask for three minutes, and wiping away of the mask. I literally counted the number of strokes on my face--5 on each side. No face massage, nothing. The first tipoff was when I wasn't even asked to take off my top because that meant there could not possibly be a neck massage. I feel so scammed and Groupon, shame on you again for not vetting your vendors for details on the package.

I expect at lease an hour facial. I have my regular facial all the time. They don't do very detail.
