This is a real gem of a find on Groupon. If you're anything like me: shy, low self-esteem and overweight, then this is the perfect place for you to challenge yourself and prove everyone wrong. The instructors (Aliyma!) are fantastic and understand your strengths and limitations. I encourage you to challenge yourself, you're not as weak as you make yourself to be!
