The initials in PMS Deli's name stand for "professionally made sandwiches," but you wouldn't be wrong to assume that the staff and owner have a bit of a sense of humor. They promise service that's warm and outgoing—but "without an attitude," as their slogan puts it.

The deli's layout is equally inviting, with gleaming cases of Boar's Head meats and cheeses stretching along the front while guests sink into an overstuffed sofa and even browse a selection of magazines. Oven-fresh loaves of bread form the foundation for traditional hot sandwiches, Cuban and Italian-style paninis, and hearty subs.

On the sweeter side, staffers bake a daily-changing array of desserts—chiefly cupcakes. PMS's deli artists also specialize in arranging towering platters of sandwiches and vegetables for off-site catered events and to practice their Jenga skills.
