What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our classes take you outside of your comfort zone to challenge you to new heights. You will be pushed to your max and you will also be given the freedom to explore mentally and physically. There are no judgments here. This is a space for exploration, a space to fall and get back up again and again.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every class is different to keep the body guessing.Because the classes are different students will never get board. Each class is set to an upbeat playlist to create a fun and uplifting environment to move and breathe. Our instructors are trained to take you to the edge and challenge mind and body.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Torch Yoga was created to build a community of like minded individuals who see the importance of challenging the mind and the body. “We will work hard, challenge ourselves, push ourselves to the limit and never give up. Don’t think, just do.”

What do you love most about your job?
The best part about teaching yoga at Torch Yoga is when people start to see the benefit of all their hard work. When they find the inner strength to do things they never expected possible. This is a constant reminder that we can do whatever we put our minds to.
