I wasn't explained what the procedure would be like. The stylist wasn't friendly. The stylist used a mild form of Brazilian blowout(Zero) recommended for thin hair. Music was too loud. I wasn't advise what products to use after a Brazilian blowout, nor how long it would be before I could wash my hair.before I could wash my hair.
