Ignite is a brand new, state of the art facility which provides a superior hot yoga experience. This studio features FAR infrared heat, waterproof vinyl flooring, surround sound lounge speakers for vibrational sound therapy before and after each class, as well as aromatherapy. Classes are held in both the classic 26 & 2 hot yoga, as well as muscle melting Yin Yoga. Director, Jennifer Goldstein is a classicly trained dancer, a seasoned Bikram teacher of over 13 years experience, as well as an accomplished fitness competitor.
