I grossly overpaid for an average facial. At the time I scheduled my appointment, I told her I had an expired Groupon, which should be valid for what I paid ($35). I also told the esthetician about it twice before I had the facial when she asked what brought me in to see her. When I went to pay, they not only wouldn't accept the Groupon voucher but implied I could be scamming them. To make matters worse, my facial was supposed to include a hand and foot massage. I did not receive either. It wasn't because she ran out of time; she stepped out of the room for a while to let me "relax". I don't like confrontation. Leaving this negative review even makes me uncomfortable. I liked the esthetician, but feel I not only didn't get the service I was supposed to receive but grossly overpaid for it.
