Seeing the need for healthy and nutritious food, Joshua Wechsler decided to step in and founded Edibolic Kitchen. This happened in 2012 after he graduated from an internationally recognized culinary school of Johnson & Wales with a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Nutrition and an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. His passion for food began at the age of 16 when he realized that he needed to lose some weight. He began to experiment in the kitchen and in such a way discovered healthy, but at the same time delicious, alternatives to high-fat, processed, and sugary foods that people usually crave. He now shares his creations with all who desire to reach the individual weight and nutrition goals without sacrificing the taste.
