    When’s the best time to visit Kennywood? Spring and early summer are perfect for avoiding the crowds, but Kennywood is always ready for fun with seasonal events all year long.

    Is Kennywood family-friendly? Absolutely! Whether you're visiting with toddlers or teens, there are endless rides and attractions perfect for everyone.

    Are minors allowed to enter Kennywood without an adult? From April 12–Sept 7, 2025, guests 17 & under must be with an adult (21+ with valid ID) to enter after 4 PM. During Phantom Fall Fest (Sept 12–Nov 1) and Holiday Lights (Nov 14–Jan 4), minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The adult must stay in the park, or minors will be asked to leave. Policies are subject to change.

    What shouldn't be carried to Kennywood? Leave firearms, glass bottles, and pets at home—they’re not allowed in the park. Skip clothing with offensive, explicit, or political messages. And heads up: tobacco products aren’t sold on-site.

    What should I do if I lose something at Kennywood? While Kennywood isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, you can fill out a Lost & Found form.
    Please note: Ride operations cannot be paused to retrieve lost items during park hours.
