Bounce Playground, Westbury

It was fun and I loved the vibe from the staff. A little expensive (only your kids needed the full experience) but I definitely see where the investment funds went lol.

Its was a complete scam! The activity was advertised at Atlas Park, but it was instead scheduled at a different venue, Amazura(an adults club) in Jamaica, Queens which where a recent shooting happened at this place where people were hurt (attached pictures). They changed location last the day before the event and the worst part is that groupon didnt want to do anything about this and refund me.

Very unorganized

This was adverstised as "family friendly" and seemed to be geared towards small children (based largely on their disney character flyer and 3+ "full experience" ticket category)... but it was definitely more appropriate for older children and teenagers. The staff--although friendly--are not trained well. They have 3 year olds on bouncy houses with 16 year olds (not an exaggeration). All of the bouncey houses were over significantly over-capacity as well. I brought a 3 and 4 year old and both had a white wristband (3+) which advertised "full experience" but they were told they were too little to the maze, even with an adult. A lot of the other attractions were geared for older children and teenagers as well so they weren't able to enjoy too much. As stated, even the "toddler" area was full of older kids with staff admitting they couldn't do anything about that. Also, the event was PACKED. Way too many people and the line to enter took so long. More and more people spilled in as the event continued as well. Food lines were outrageous. I didn't see any face painting (as advertised) and there were barely any games at all - and no games for small kids. I gave it two stars because it's evident a lot of work goes into operating this and I want to acknowledge that. I wish it wasn't so disappointing for us though.
