Per the Pasta Co Op's name, its team cooperates with diners' food cravings. Visitors can build their own pasta bowls at the eatery, drawing on a smorgasbord of noodles and sauces made fresh daily. However, the pasta experts also whip up mouth-watering signature bowls, in case one should catch a diner's fancy. These creations range from pasta tossed with sweet corn pesto and barbecue chicken, or noodles transformed into mac and cheese by Vermont sharp cheddar sauce.
