888 Sushi, Westland

Despite the name, 888 Sushi has more to it than its namesake delicacy. In addition to a sprawling assortment of nigiri and cooked rolls, the menu also draws heavily upon two other Asian staples: udon noodles and fried rice, each of which can embellished with the likes of chicken, shrimp, and other succulent meats. And lest vegetarians feel left out, there's vegetable fried rice, spring rolls, and vegetable tempura.
