What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Effective psychodynamic therapy can heal your past. Coaching will unlock your present and road map your future. Our certified life coaches are JRNI-trained and accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners. The ICF is a non-profit, professional organization and their mission is to build, support and preserve the integrity of the coaching profession.

What do you love most about your job?

_LIFT coaches work to build and expand upon existing skills “in vivo” with our clients. Coaches are able to assist a client 1:1 with short and long-term projects and can act as wraparound support with a client’s therapist, or work independently with a client. Working with a LIFT coach is often a short-term, solution-focused, and goal-driven process.

LIFT offers to coach in the following areas: Futures Planning for Young Adults, career Coaching for Established Professionals, Finding Meaning and Purpose in the Workplace and Beyond, and Recovery Coaching for Eating Disordered Patients and Their Families. Where therapy typically takes place in the office, coaching just as often happens in the community._
