What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Nefaire was born from a simple question: “Why is taking care of your skin and getting a good facial so difficult?” So many times, it seemed like the skincare regimen we were on was designed for somebody else. We started backwards from this idea, and set out to build Nefaire into the simplest and most effective way to take care of your skin. We combine natural ingredients mixed on-site, expert therapists, and a technology-driven approach to make great skin care and wellness an accessible part of the modern lifestyle.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We were former acne sufferers ourselves, and very quickly came to the sobering realization that good skin care was something that was continuous, much like a good workout routine. Looking around in the category for facial services, it seemed like most spas and franchises were out of touch with the 21st century, and as a result the service and experience suffered. We built Nefaire as an easy way to get professional massages with top therapists, the best curated products, and a modern consumer-centric approach.

What do you love most about your job?

We love it when clients who have had skin issues clear their skin when they come to us. We’ve had clients who come in after taking antibiotics and even Accutane, and are able to start getting better skin as a result of our facials, products, and expert advice. The same applies with our massage clients, who tell us how much it makes a difference in their monthly routine as a way to de-stress and correct muscular imbalances.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

“I love you guys so much, can I live at Nefaire?” and “I’m never going to any other spa in the area. Book me until 2023.”
