What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer Personal Training at a time that works for you. There are no set class times or scheduling. Just show up whenever you're ready to workout and one of our trainers will be ready to take you through your individualized workout plan. And come as many days a week as you want!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We change their routine daily, and update them on their progress every 12 weeks. When a client enters Fitness 1o1, they will feel right at home with our friendly and encouraging trainers.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to create a way to cut the costs on Personal Training but still have the one-on-one type of feel for the client. Even though clients may workout in a group setting, they will receive a workout that is customized for them.

What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to assist anyone in living a healthier lifestyle. We love when our clients reach their goals and reach new levels of fitness
