Kids prefer this trampoline park over competitors because of their obstacle course and friendly staff. We always enjoy coming to this location!

Could be cleaner and more organized. Staff is very young. One whole side was unusable due to rips and tears in equipment. So not much to do.

Barely any staff to monitor the kids. The equipment seemed attractive to a 3 year old, not older kids. And they lost my own business. I was excited to jump with my niece and nephew. I didn’t bring socks because the website says that their safety socks are mandatory. How can they be open for business when they can’t sell anyone safety socks because they are sold out of them?!? It’s ghetto.

This place has really went down hill. It looks like a dungeon and has a horrible smell. The staff was not friendly and was not supervising the jumping area. You ONLY saw them on the half hour to check the time on the waistbands.The tables were dirty as well as the bathroom. The downstairs party rooms were a mess..
