The people there were rude. We had a check engine light that was on and I asked the girl who answers the phone if the mechanic had a chance to check it when he did my oil and she giggled and said "No...that's extra! You are getting your oil change basically for free with the groupon deal you bought"! They made it very clear to me that they weren't going to check or do anything else other than what the groupon deal was for "oil change". This to me is poor customer service !!!
