WORST EVER... negative stars. Specifically asked for hard wax when booking my appointment for a Brazilian wax and was assured I was getting hard wax as she's about to start. Wrong! Then was told that it would be an EXTRA $10 if I wanted the hair removed from my leg crease which should be included in every Brazilian. It's like getting 1/2 a haircut and asked for $10 more to cut the sides.

Not very happy with my service. Went for full Brazilian at about 6 weeks since my last one, and she did not do a good job getting all the hair. She also had the wax way too hot and basically blamed me because “no ones ever complained before” She was not very friendly or customer service oriented and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the facility. Will definitely not be going back!
