Please, ladies Do Not buy this lip fillers in this place. My bottom lip was swollen and hard for 2 months because there was no "nurse" to dissolve what was put in my lips. After 5 trips to this place waiting to get this problem solve, Jessica the "manager" offer me full refund and then partial of what I pay but never give me anything back. Beside she wants me to pay extra $150. on top what I pay. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Run!!! Do not get your lips filled here. I didn’t receive any other service so I can only speak for my lip filler experience. The receptionist is friendly, but unfortunately she’s not the one conducting the service. The injector was one hour late and quite frankly had no idea what he was doing. I just made an appointment at a reputable place to have my uneven lips dissolved and done correctly.

Hello Desiree, having your lips done less than 24 hrs ago. You might experience brushing, swelling (which may cause unevenness). Your lips look beautiful when you left our spa practice. If your trying to achieve more of a bigger pout (which was your concern at spa) typically more than 1 ml of filler might be needed. Or a more premium syringe may be used to provide more fullness. You may come in to see our plastic surgeon anytime for a follow-up by calling 914-639-2424.

I am not sure if I felt comfortable at this place. Firstly, they didn't numb my lip area longer so when injected it hurt badly. Secondly, it was done by a trainee who was monitored by a trainer so the whole time I felt like an trail/error situation. I don't see any changes from my previous lip size. They didn't seem too inform/knowledgeable in this area. Staff was friendly tho.

Hello Sonalee, at your own request, you advised you were “numb enough and injector may remove topical”. We recommend always a minimum of 25 mins wait even when using the strongest medical-grade topical agent on the market. 1ml or cc of our basic fillers such as Restylane-L may not be enough to complete your final lip journey first time round. More than 1 syringe may be needed or another “premium” syringe shall be used. You may call us at 914-639-2424 to discuss further options if you would like!
