This review is long overdue and my sincerest apologies to the company and more specifically the workers who showed up.
I had been dealing with some personal issues that put this on the back burner. Michael's movers were the epitome of professional workers. They showed up when they said they would and showed me how to save some money out of my pocket.
Three-Hours of Moving Services with Two Movers and a Truck
This is for the Movers. They were excellent. Initially, when I set up my appointment, the guy that took the call to make the appt, was pretty nice. The day before the move, he seemed to be frustrated and was very rude in his tone to me. He said he tried to confirm my appointment. And that I never responded to the email. We have been texting, up until that point, so if he could not get in contact with me as he claimed via email, I was wondering how come he didn’t text like he was doing prior. So I did not like his attitude, but the Movers themselves, absolutely superb. They were very respectful & strong AF!!! I loved the movers.
Three Hours of Service with Two Professional Movers with a 20 ft. Truck
I would definitely recommend HawkBoyz moving, first of all I was given a three-person crew even though I only paid for two. My crew consisted of Ashton, Cajun, and Adrian. All three men were professional courteous and hard-working, they performed my move in a storm. Even though the weather was terrible their service was impeccable and I will be using them for my next move.
Veterans R Us could not have done a better job. Professional, friendly, gave me great advise on how I might help them. They drank my coffee lol. I would encourage anyone moving to retain their services.
