Amazon Prime Day is only one (or two) of the best shopping days of the year. There are so many deals on so many categories, products, and services, that it’s hard to pick out the best ones! Our savings experts especially love the big discounts you can find on Ring doorbells, Amazon Fire tablets, and so many other Amazon brands. Popular Amazon services like Audible and Amazon Music Unlimited also offer free trials.

The next Prime Day is going to be in October 2024, but some of the Prime Day deals are happening now!

Great question! Not only can you grab an Amazon gift card straight from Amazon, you can decide to have it delivered through the actual mail or via email. You can also just print it out and hand it over if that's your thing.

You can get a free Amazon gift card when you trade in old tablets, e-readers, and more. Plus, you might just score a 20% to 25% discount on a new Amazon device with a qualifying trade-in.

Amazon has two gift registry options: the Amazon Baby Registry and the Amazon Wedding Registry. Both are great because you can register for everything all in one place. There are millions of options to choose from on the Amazon site, plus you can add your favorites from other websites as well.

The Amazon Baby Registry includes a 15% completion discount for Prime members, a $35 surprise box with items for parents to be and baby, and a full year to return any unwanted or unused items. The wedding registry includes a whopping 20% completion discount for Prime members, free bonus gifts, and 180 days to make returns.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Amazon purchase, you can select the ‘Start a return’ option in the Returns Center within 30 days. Once you have placed your request, you will need to print the returns label and send your item back.

The process is just a little different for Amazon gift returns. Your best bet is to have the gift receipt with the 17-digit Order ID. Just type that in and select the items you want to return. Choose how you want to return them, and then follow the instructions for drop-off. Amazon gift returns are easiest when using a computer, not the app. Though you can search ‘gift returns’ on the app to find the right starting point.

The Amazon Prime Student program offers the same Prime benefits, including free and fasts Prime Delivery, Prime Video, Prime Music, and Prime Reading at a 50% discount for students. It costs just $7.49 per month or $69 for a whole year. Even better, it starts off with a 6-month free trial. That’s like getting 50% off of 50% off! Amazon’s Prime Student program also includes great deals on products and services like travel, Calm, and premium channel add-ons for Prime Video.
