• Beauty Products & Fragrances are final sales and cannot be returned. For refunds, no return label, and the customer pays for return shipping. Obtain an RA# before returning.
• To get a refund, the item must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and have all original tags, plastics, box, manual, and warranty card, if applicable. If it's been worn, altered, or damaged, Ashford can't refund it. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Processing may take 7-10 days.
• If you return an item after 30 days from the delivery date or without an RA number, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
• If a package is returned to the sender for any reason, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of the return. This cost will be deducted from the original purchase price.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to return items that have been shipped to locations outside the United States.
