• Shipped items: Contact customer care within 72 hours (3 days) if you receive an item that is damaged or flawed. Ashley will refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees. For other issues with shipped items, contact Ashley within 30 days of delivery to schedule repairs or replacement. If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 30 days of after delivery. Return shipping fees will apply.
