Benjamin Moore Return Policy

• Interior and exterior paints, stains, paint color samples, color swatches, and exterior stain samples are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Untinted paint, unopened fan decks, and painting tools can be returned or exchanged.
  • If there is an issue with an order fulfilled by an independent Benjamin Moore retailer, please contact the retailer directly for information on returns.
  • If there is an issue with orders shipped and fulfilled by Benjamin Moore or a third-party vendor, please contact Benjamin Moore directly.
• All Samplize Peel & Stick samples and tinted paint orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a new color.
  • Unused, non-tinted paint, stain or primer, or unopened merchandise picked up at a Benjamin Moore store location can be returned to the same location where the merchandise was purchased.
• Inquiries must be made within 90 days of your original purchase date.

  • To guarantee delivery, you must provide a complete address. Benjamin Moore cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Benjamin Moore Delivery Policy

• UPS Ground orders take 1 to 5 business days to arrive from the ship date and are delivered Monday through Friday. UPS 2nd Day Air orders arrive within 2 business days from the ship date and are delivered Monday through Friday. This does not include the warehouse handle time.
  • Please note that extreme weather conditions may cause paint to spoil. Because Benjamin Moore's paint is eco-friendly, it is more susceptible to freezing than other paints. Please plan accordingly when awaiting your shipment.
  • It is at the sole discretion of the UPS driver whether they can leave a package at your door. The UPS driver will leave the package if the shipping location is deemed a "safe" area. However, if the driver has had past incidents of missing or stolen packages, they will most likely not leave the package. If you regularly have packages left at your door by UPS, this package should be no exception.
