A Blix coupon code is simple to use. Once you’ve selected an e-bike and corresponding accessories, add them to your shopping cart. To begin the checkout process, click the blue ‘Checkout’ button. On the next page:

• Enter the Blix coupon code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ field along the right side of the page under the list of items you wish to buy and click ‘Apply’.
• The page will refresh, and you will see that the Blix coupon code has been accepted.
• Look for the ‘Total’ order price to change to reflect the discount.
• Provide your shipping information and click ‘Continue to shipping’.
• Verify the shipping service and fee and click ‘Continue to payment’.
• Provide your payment information and click ‘Pay Now’.

Blix Warranty Terms and Process

• All Blix bikes are covered under a one-year comprehensive warranty for any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship after the date on which the bike is registered. Proof of original purchase is required to validate the coverage period. Any costs associated with services for warranties that are not confirmed and approved by Blix prior to work being done will be the customer's sole responsibility to cover.
• Blix E-Bike Warranty Covers:
  • Frame and all components of the bike
  • Paint and decals
  • Motor, battery, charger, display, and controller panel
• Blix E-Bike Warranty Does Not Cover:
  • Normal wear and tear of any covered component
  • Improper maintenance

• In order to activate your warranty, it is necessary to follow these steps below:
• First, register your bike(s) with Blix via this registration form.
• Once your bike(s) is registered, fill out a Warranty and Technical Support form. Please be sure to include a photo or video of the behavior you are experiencing in this form, as this will help the technical support team provide you with the best course of action moving forward.

Blix Return Terms and Process

• Blix is always happy to provide as much assistance as needed in order to troubleshoot any challenges you encounter with your Blix. However, if you find that you are still experiencing issues with your e-bike, you can fill out a return request form.
• Have this information ready when filling out the form:
  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for return (Blix is always looking to improve its product so any information is helpful)
  • Photos of the return packaging
• Blix has a 30-day return period from the time of shipment for all orders. View the full Blix Returns and Exchanges terms for more details. A restocking and shipping fee will apply. See below for details.
• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition. For returns that include a battery, the associated keys must be also returned. If you lost the key, please let Blix know.

Blix e-Bikes Returns

You can return your bike for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of the shipment date. A restocking fee of 25% of the item's price plus a $150 shipping fee will apply. The bicycle must be in new condition, unused, and free from any scratches or damage. Your order must be returned in original packaging. The customer is responsible for any damages that occur during return shipping. If any parts of the bike need to be replaced, the part itself, and not the bike, will be replaced.

Parts & Accessories

• Parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new condition, meaning unused and free from any scratches or dirt. A restocking fee of 25% will apply. The customer is responsible for any related shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items that are past 30 days of the shipping date.
• Items that are used, dirty/damaged, or not in original packaging.
• Batteries
• Items sent back without prior written confirmation of the return from a Blix employee.
• Any special/offer with terms of that sale is final.
• Items purchased through any third party other than Blix; customers must go through the point of purchase.
• Items that used the FedEx return shipping label past 30 days from receiving it from Blix.

Return Process

• All returns must be approved by Blix in writing. All returns are inspected upon arrival at Blix headquarters. Once the return has passed inspection, the return will be processed minus the applicable fees. If the item does not pass inspection, it is the customer’s responsibility to send Blix a return label to retrieve their goods. Items not retrieved within 60 days of informing the customer it has not passed inspection will be considered abandoned goods.
• After inspection of the returned item, Blix will notify you if the return has been approved or provide reasons if it has been rejected. The account you used during the purchase of your order will be refunded within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.

Cancellations

• You have the option to cancel/refund your order at any time as long as the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can contact the Blix team for more information on how to return an item for a refund.
