Lowe’s offers free local appliance delivery and installation on:

- Gas dryers

- Wall ovens

Lowe’s will install other appliances for a fee. They will hook up to existing plumbing and electrical/gas systems if you bought the connection (dryer vent, range, dryer cord, etc.) from Lowe’s. You can even have the Lowe’s team demonstrate and test your appliance and connection to ensure everything is running smoothly. Labor is guaranteed for one year from the installation date.
Day-Of Delivery Tips
Before they come by for delivery and installation, Lowe’s asks that you clear any and all pathways that will need to be used during delivery, ensure that you have all cords and connections necessary for installation, empty and unplug the old appliance (if there is one that needs to be moved), and block off any pets from the installation area.

Lowe’s will move your old appliance somewhere else in your home for free, but they will not reconnect it. Or if you’re looking to get rid of the appliance, Lowe’s will haul away your old appliance and dispose of it for an additional fee.
Lowe’s Appliance Return Policy
You can return your appliance within 30 days with proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, etc.) so long as it’s in “like-new” condition. If the appliance is too big for you to return yourself to the store, you can call Lowe’s and schedule a pick-up for an additional fee.
