Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless you cancel, which you can do by the 10th of the month under the Manage Subscription page. Macy’s is unable to offer holds on subscriptions at this time.

How to Sign Up for Macy’s Beauty Box
The Macy’s Beauty Box is back on, but there’s currently a waitlist to join (click here to sign up). Once a spot opens up, you’ll receive an email from Macy’s with instructions on how to subscribe. You’ll then have 48 hours to complete the process, or your spot will go to the next in line.
How to Get Macy’s Beauty Box Without a Subscription
Macy’s occasionally runs promotions where non-subscribers can receive a Macy’s Beauty Box with qualifying purchase. For example, Macy’s December Box was available for only $5 with any $50+ purchase, and it was open to everyone. We don’t have the exact dates for the next promotion, but we’ll update you here when we do.
