Macy’s Wine Shop
Macy’s wine selection offers hundreds of options from around the world, from award-winning Chardonnays to classic Pinot Noirs. You can shop by individual bottles ($10.99–$24.99) or curated packs ($105.64–$218.88 for a 6 or 12 pack).
Buying in packs won’t necessarily save you money (prices come to about $15–$19/bottle), but it will save you time when ordering. You’ll also get to discover wines you never thought of trying before. Here are a few packs to check out:

What You Should Know
- Though you can shop for individual bottles, there is a 3-bottle minimum for shipping.
- Orders of 6+ bottles ship for free, but orders of 3-5 bottles will get hit with a $14.99 shipping charge. (That’s the cost of another bottle!)
- They do not ship to Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.
- Orders are delivered in 2-3 business days.

Macy’s Wine Club
Save time and money by having 12 bottles of wines from around the world delivered to your door every three months. You’ll be charged $159 (plus applicable tax) per shipment, and shipping is always free. You can choose the bottles yourself or rely on experts to curate your shipment. It comes out to about $13 a bottle—so overall, not a bad deal for having quality wine delivered to you.

How to Join & What You’ll Get
Sign up for Macy’s Wine Club here for free and get an introductory box of 6 bottles for $49.99—this pans out to $8.33 a bottle. You can choose red or white varieties or a mixture of both. If you don’t cancel after the introductory box, you’ll receive a shipment of 12 bottles every 12 weeks. In total, you will receive 6 shipments a year—one every 3 months, plus a bonus winter selection and bonus summer selection.
How Delivery Works
All deliveries will require a signature and valid photo ID of an adult over the age of 21. Don’t count on shipments being left at your door, though. If no one is available to sign and show ID, the shipment will be returned to the post office. If multiple attempts to deliver your wine have been unsuccessful, it will be sent back to Macy’s and you will be charged a $12 restocking fee. (You’ll also have to pay shipping costs if you want it sent out again.)
If you aren’t home during the day to accept your delivery, Macy’s recommends either having it delivered to your business address or contacting FedEx to arrange for a Hold At Location—meaning it will be at a FedEx location for you to pick up. Find more info on their shipping policy here.
How to Cancel or Pause Your Membership
Cancel your membership for free at any time. You can also skip a shipment if you want to take a break or will be on vacation. To cancel or skip a shipment, log into your account and follow prompts to change your club preferences, or call Macy’s at (855) 966-2224.
How to Report a Problem
Contact customer service if your order is damaged or incorrect, or if there is another issue. Macy’s will send a replacement or issue a credit for any unused product up to 180 days from the date of purchase (or the date you were charged for your next shipment). Credit can only be used at Macy’s Wine Shop. To report an issue or begin the return/replacement process either email support@macyswineshop.com or call customer service.
