How To Track Your Michael Kors Order
To track your Michael Kors order, visit the Track My Order page. You can submit your email address and order ID to get the status of a single order or log into your Michael Kors account to see your entire purchase history with tracking information.
Michael Kors Returns & Exchanges
Whether you bought your items online or in-store, you'll have 30 days from the original purchase to get a full refund or exchange. Personalized (monogrammed or engraved) and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
To make a return or exchange, items must be:
- New, unused, unwashed and in good condition
- Inclusive of all original tags and packaging components
- Accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt
Returning Online Purchases
By mail: Fill out the packing slip included with your order and securely pack your merchandise (in the original shipping box if possible). Affix the pre-addressed and prepaid return label to your package, and return to any US Postal Service office, drop box, or residential mailbox.
If items were bought online and picked up in a store, email Customer Service at customerservice@michaelkors.com.
In-store: Bring your packing slip and item to any Michael Kors Store in the United States for a return or exchange.
Returning In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases can only be returned to the original store type (such as Michael Kors Lifestyle Store or Michael Kors Outlet Store). Note that there are a few restrictions:
- Items purchased at a Michael Kors US Store cannot be returned to a Michael Kors Canada store, and vice versa
- Items purchased at a Lifestyle Store cannot be returned to an Outlet Store or Collection Store, and vice versa
- Items not accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt may be returned or exchanged for Merchandise Credit only
How to Get a Price Adjustment
There's nothing worse than buying something at full price only to see it go on sale days later. The good news is that Michael Kors allows for price adjustments, meaning if the price drops on your purchased item within seven days, you can ask to be refunded the difference. The only catch is that it's exclusively for full-price items, so you're out of luck if you bought the item on sale or at a Michael Kors outlet.
Simply bring your receipt to any Michael Kors Lifestyle and Collection store within seven days of your purchase date to get a price adjustment. You'll receive a refund in the form of your original payment, like cash or your credit card.
