• We’ve all entered a code wrong; it happens. Make sure you are entering the code in capital letters and without any spaces.
• For delivery discounts, make sure you’ve chosen the delivery option the code applies to. 
• Some codes will only be valid on certain items. The email with the code should have all the deets. 
• Most PLT codes are single-use, so if you already used the code and it is now showing as invalid, check the code’s terms to confirm if it is single-use.
