What to keep in mind before you return:
- The return must be initiated within 28 days of when you received the order.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Pierced jewelry
- Swimwear
- Grooming products
- Beauty products
- Accessories
How to Complete a Pretty Little Thing Return
Pretty Little Thing returns are paperless!
- Go to the Pretty Little Thing Return Portal powered by ReBound.
- Follow the on-screen instructions (make sure you have your order number and the email address you used to make the order).
- Pack your unwanted items per the return policy (all tags still on and unworn). Remember to include a copy of your shipping note/order number.
- eParcel returns cost $4 per order.
- Each item will require its own return.
- Once Pretty Little Thing has confirmed your return, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds take up to five business days.
