Sam’s Club Gas: What You Need to Know

Sam’s Club has its own fuel stations where members can save on average 7–10% every time they fill up. Each station serves regular, premium, and diesel gas. While you won’t find the same top-tier gas as Costco, which uses its own Kirkland Signature brand, Sam’s Club gas is still considered high quality (there are rumors they get their supply from providers such as Shell and Mobil).

Sam’s Club Gas Hours of Operation

For the most part, the standard hours for the fuel stations are Monday through Saturday from 6 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm. 

Tip: Just like other gas stations, the weekend is typically the busiest time, so you might want to avoid filling up then.

Most Sam’s Club gas stations are only available to Sam’s Club members. You’ll be required to scan your membership card before buying gas, so make sure you have it on hand when you go. 

However, select locations that are co-located with Walmart stores are open to the public. In these cases, Sam’s Club and Walmart members are given a $.05 discount.
