If you have a smartphone, using the Target Circle app is a breeze. Just follow these quick and easy steps to sign up for free.
Download the App & Find Offers
Download the app from Target.com or directly from the iTunes or Google Play stores, then log into your Target account. Start browsing for weekly deals and personalized offers in the app by tapping Target Circle Offers on the Shop tab or looking under Available Offers on a product’s detail page. You can even physically scan an item’s barcode to see if a discount is available.

Save Offers to the App
When you find an offer you like, save it to your wallet by clicking the + sign. You can add up to 75 offers on your Circle account at one time and each offer can be used for a maximum of four qualifying items per transaction unless otherwise noted.
Use Offers at Checkout
At checkout, the cashier will scan your wallet barcode (find it by hitting Wallet in the center of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen) to make sure all your Circle offers, store ad coupons, and Rewards are accounted for.
When you're shopping online, your Target Circle discounts will be auto-applied at checkout as long as you are signed into your Target account. Circle offers are valid when you choose order pickup, same-day delivery, shop in-store, or choose shipping on qualifying items.
