Boutique Rugs Return Policy

• Free shipping on returns within 60 days of the delivery date.
• The company is unable to accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders.
• If the width of your rug measures less than 8'8", you can utilize the Boutique Rugs self-service portal to automatically initiate the return process.
• If the width is 8'8" or more, send an email to support@boutiquerugs.com request a return authorization and you will manually be provided with a return label.
