How do I use my Costway coupon?

There are two ways you can redeem your Costway offer, depending on what kind of deal it is:

1. For deals without a code, you’ll just need to select the offer and click through to the website to unlock your automatic savings.
2. For deals with a code, copy it from the pop up window before continuing. Once you’ve followed the link through to the website, shop the range as usual. Review your order using the cart icon at the top of the screen - you’ll be able to paste your code in the box below the subtotal.

What is the Costway returns policy?

All items come with a three month warranty. You can return items for a replacement or refund within 90 days of ordering.If you’ve changed your mind about an order, you can return it for a refund - just be aware that for non-quality related returns, the items will need to be unopened and unused, and you’ll be charged for shipping.

Can I track my Costway order online?

Yes - just head to the Costway website and select the ‘your orders’ tab. If you don’t have a Costway account (or you made the order as a guest) you can still track your order - just check your inbox for your confirmation email, which contains the tracking number and details.
