How to Apply Cupshe Discount Codes

Once you have selected the clothing or swimwear you want, add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Click on your 'Bag,' then click on the black 'Secure Checkout' button to go to the checkout screen:

1. Enter a valid email address
2. Enter the complete shipping address, then click the black 'Save and Continue' button
3. Select your shipping method, either expedited or express shipping
4. Choose your payment method
5. Enter the Cupshe discount code in the white 'Coupon Code' field on the right side of the page, under the order summary
6. Click the black 'Apply' button next to the coupon code field
7. Wait for the coupon code to be accepted
8. The price will change to reflect the discount
9. Click ‘Pay Now' to complete your order

Cupshe Return Policy

What items can't be returned?

• Gift cards, beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelries, hair accessories, and items marked as flash sale, or final sale.

How to start a return:

• If you have a registered account with Cupshe, you can initiate a return by clicking the 'Order History' link.
• If you ordered as a guest, you can create a return by clicking the 'Start A Return' link.
• Fill in the required information and choose your preferred return method.
• Photos will be necessary for Cupshe to review before proceeding with the refund request.
• Ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with Cupshe.
• Once Cupshe has received your returned package, they will take care of the rest and process your refund.

How long is the return window?

• Excluding any products designated on the Cupshe website as non-returnable, returns in original condition within 30 days of delivery will be accepted.
• The company does not accept returns after the 30-day timeframe.
• Orders returned after the 30-day window may be returned to your default delivery address.

Cupshe Shipping Policy

International shipping:

• All packages sent to Indonesia, Mauritius, Philippines, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Aruba, Colombia, Grenada, Guatemala, Uruguay, Qatar, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Brazil, and Peru are subject to a customs fee that the customer will pay.
• Cupshe does not currently ship to India.
• The availability of shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the shipping address.
• For orders that include items marked as 'pre-order,' the time limit will be calculated from when the pre-sale items are shipped.

US Shipping:

• Service areas exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands.
• Expedited shipping will ship within 5–7 business days.
• Orders over $59 will ship free; orders $59 and under will have a shipping fee of $5.99.
• Express shipping will ship within 3–5 business days.
• Orders $199 and over ship free; orders $99-$199 will be charged a $10.99 shipping fee, and orders $99 or under ship for $13.99.
